I am here!

We are trying to teach Bhu to say "I" instead of "me" when he is referring to himself. This is in preparation for Wordy Wednesday, March 16. Wish us luck! In the meantime, here's what's been happening around here since the last post.
More Teddy Bear quilts made from thread-saver units. This one is made from 1-1/2" squares I purchased back in 1970somethingorother -- samples of calicos you could buy (pre-internet).
I just finished quilting and binding this last night and it's one of my favorites! You can see my vintage Scripto mechanical pencil, which I have had since the 50's. There are a couple more of these small quilts, but no photos because Bhu always lays down on them. "These are for ME!" Well, no they're not, Mister Bigfurs. These are for Teddy Bears. "That's silly! Teddy Bears don't sleep! Their eyes never close!" Hmmmm, as usual, you have a point!

Those are lovely quilts!

But of course they belong to Bhu--everything belongs to the cat(s)!

Lovely quilts!

I don't think Bhu is going to be willing to learn to say I instead of me. After all, it's how he's referred to himself from the beginning.

Bhu,you look so sweet and handsome. Angel and Kirby like my little quilts, too. Your Mom's are very nice!

Oh Bhu, you make such a nice quilt model and enhance the quilts so much!

Show off momma's new Amy Butler quilt and I can give her some quilting suggestions:)

Did you get this comment? I am in love with the quilt in the last photo. This is on your 3/27 posting. Do you know the name of it?
