RIP, old 18-year old water heater. You done good, especially considering our hard water problem! Thanks for all your years of service and helping me keep my dishes, clothes and floors clean, not to mention all the wonderful showers and baths you made possible. Oh, clean, clean, sweet-smelling life . . . all made possible by you. Your replacement sits in the basement heating up its first 47 gallons of water right now, huffing and puffing to the task, but glad to be in its new home, ready and willing to serve and provide the squeaky clean kinda life I like.
